The heart of our operational excellence and the strategic center of our PVC profile production is our Main Factory, spanning 20,000 m² in the Balıkesir/Altıeylül Organized Industrial Zone. This facility not only represents a high-capacity production area but also serves as the birthplace of WINDOLINE quality and our technological hub that sets industry standards.
In addition to our established strength in Balıkesir, we are in the final stages of completing a new, even more modern facility covering 20,000 m², also in the Altıeylül Organized Industrial Zone. This new factory incorporates the latest production technologies in the sector, strategically doubling our current production capacity and maximizing operational efficiency.
In our current profile production plant, we operate high-efficiency extrusion lines equipped with the latest technology. This advanced technological power allows us to achieve an impressive annual PVC profile production capacity of 25,000 tons. This high volume forms the backbone of our uninterrupted and timely supply capability to both our national dealer network and international customers across four continents.
WINDOLINE places great importance on the selection of raw materials in the production process. High-quality Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) resin is blended with special components that maximize product longevity, color stability, and resistance to environmental effects. Every stage of profile formation is continuously monitored in accordance with international certifications and the strictest quality management systems.
In the field of joinery (window and door) production, we provide logistical advantages through our facilities spread across six strategic locations in Turkey. This distributed structure, based on geographical proximity, optimizes transportation costs and times while providing maximum speed and flexibility for regional projects.
Our ready-made joinery units are equipped with CNC-controlled processing centers representing the forefront of industrial automation. This technology ensures millimeter-level precision and perfect product quality at all critical steps, from profile cutting to corner welding. Additionally, our modern Glass Processing Centers in Istanbul (Kartal) and Tekirdağ (Çorlu) allow us to integrate glazing directly under the same roof as joinery production.
This integration accelerates double-glass (insulated glass) production and installation, enabling rapid fulfillment of projects’ thermal performance expectations. These special centers in Kartal and Çorlu ensure single-source, timely delivery of high-insulation glass solutions for large projects in the Marmara Region.
Our integrated facilities, leveraging this technological infrastructure, achieve an industry-leading ready-made joinery processing capacity of 600,000 meters per month. This impressive volume demonstrates WINDOLINE’s ability to simultaneously manage both individual orders and the most challenging large-scale corporate projects without compromising quality.
WINDOLINE leads not only in product quality but also in environmental sustainability and green energy usage. The most tangible proof of this commitment is the completion of our two-stage Solar Energy Plant (GES) project supplying our facilities’ energy needs. The first phase, GES 1, covers 4,250 m² with a capacity of 1 Megawatt (MW), reducing our operational carbon footprint.
The second phase, a key step in our sustainability vision, is GES 2, located in the Balıkesir region. Spanning 13,800 m² with an installed capacity of 3.2 Megawatts (MW), it supports electricity production. With a total installed capacity of 4.2 MW, this integrated solar energy system allows WINDOLINE to power production processes with 100% renewable energy, minimizing environmental impact and positioning the company as a pioneering organization in Turkey’s industrial sector aiming for energy independence. This strategic investment not only enhances operational efficiency but also demonstrates our strong commitment to leaving a more sustainable environment for future generations.
